Services
I offer therapy face-to-face, online, or by telephone to suit your comfort and accessibility needs.
While my core focus is on supporting self-worth and personal fulfilment, I also work with a wide range of emotional and life challenges — including anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, trauma, abandonment, abuse, and relationship difficulties.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is tailored to your unique needs. The length of therapy varies depending on your goals, and I offer short, mid, and long-term therapy. Every session is designed to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.

- Online or telephone session – £50
- Concessionary rate (students or unemployed) – £45

What to Expect – Self-Worth Counselling
Taking the first step toward counselling can feel intimidating — and that’s completely normal.
This page will help you understand what to expect before, during, and after your sessions, so you can feel more confident about starting your journey.
01. Before Your First Session
- Booking / Referral: After contacting me, we will arrange a free 15-minute consultation call.
- Consultation Call: This is a short, informal chat where you can get to know me, ask any questions, and see if counselling feels like the right fit for you.
- Intake Process: During this call, we’ll also complete the intake, gathering some basic information to help us start your sessions smoothly.
- Preparation: You don’t need to prepare anything — just bring yourself and anything you’d like to discuss.
02. First Full Session
- The first full session is an opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, confidential space.
- You can take your time — there’s no pressure to share everything at once.
- We’ll focus on understanding your experiences and supporting you to reconnect with your sense of self-worth.
03. Ongoing Sessions
- Each session lasts 50 minutes.
- Sessions can be face-to-face in Nottingham, online, or by telephone, depending on your preference.
- You may attend short-, mid-, or long-term therapy, at a pace that feels right for you.
- Between sessions, you may reflect on what was discussed or bring any questions or thoughts to the next session.
04. Confidentiality & Safety
- Everything discussed in sessions is strictly confidential, except in rare cases where there is a risk of serious harm.
- Your wellbeing is my priority, and you will always have a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space.
Counselling is a journey of self-discovery, understanding, and healing. You don’t need to have all the answers, and you don’t need to “be ready.” Simply coming to sessions is a brave and important first step.
I’m here to support you every step of the way.
